I had an errand-filled morning recently. Buy this from here, get that from there, drop this here, pick that up from there, and oh, can you also do this while you’re out?
I was prepared to be bored. I was ready to hate the morning.
But not Ashleigh. No siree.
Here’s Ashleigh’s guide to making any shopping trip fun.
Step 1. Look fabulous, darrrrling.
Step 2. Collect a basket so you can select your own shopping items.
Step 3. Head straight for the party dresses (for future looking fabulous, darrrrling).
Step 4. Scare your mother by hiding in the nappy box display.
Step 5. Play peekaboo in the nappy box display.
Step 6. Smile at anyone with balloons until they hand you one.
Step 7. Climb on every ride you see. Smile at strangers walking past until they donate money to the ride on your behalf. (And, miraculously, don’t complain when the ride is over all too quickly.)
It’s that easy! Enjoy your next shopping trip.

hehe love it!!!! I give my daughter a shopping basket too!! keeps her occupied! and hands busy!
She just picked one up one day so I ran with it. She also pushes the trolley when there are no baskets. Or tries to, anyway.
