An ‘Alot’ can help you cope when you face grammatical incompetence

September 25, 2011 By Emily Leave a Comment

I’m being a bit lazy with my post today, but it’s Sunday, it’s a beautiful day (thanks Bono), the sun is shining, the birds are singing, bees are trying to have sex with them (thanks Bart), and I’ve been staring at a computer all afternoon working on brochure copy. Sniff, boohoo, woe is me.

Said laziness will result in you reading something funnier than anything I could have come up with anyway. So here’s a link a friend gave me. Grammatical-error-viewing-coping-mechanism #1: meet the Alot.

Hi! I’m Emily

I parent. I write. I blog. I play with words and numbers in my head. Constantly. It's crowded in there.
